Introduction to high-strength aluminum bars

High strength aluminum rod casting includes melting, purification, impurity removal, degassing, slag removal, and casting processes. The main process is:

(1) Ingredients: Based on the specific alloy grade required for the production of high-strength aluminum bars, calculate the amount of various alloy components added, and reasonably match various raw materials.

(2) Melting: High strength aluminum bars will add the prepared raw materials to the smelting furnace according to the process requirements for melting, and effectively remove impurities and gases from the melt through degassing and slag refining methods.

(3) Casting: High strength aluminum rods are melted into various specifications of round cast rods through a deep well casting system under certain casting process conditions.
