Therefore, 7A04 is used in the quenched artificial aging state. Its disadvantages are low organizational stability, low low-frequency fatigue strength, and a tendency towards stress corrosion cracking. Alloy spot welding has good weldability, poor gas welding, good machinability after heat treatment, but poor machinability after annealing.
